During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the warm hospitality and well-behaved staff at the hotel. The food served was delicious and the complimentary breakfast offered a good spread. The rooms were big and spacious which made our stay comfortable. Also, the location of the hotel was great as it was close to the city center and easily accessible.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, the lack of floor mats or carpet made the room quite chilly and slippers were not provided. Secondly, the hotel did not cater to drinkers as there were no alcohol options available.
