I chose this hotel for a meeting due to its multi-cuisine restaurant, evening lawn party, souvenir shop, conference hall, beauty parlour, and ayurvedic wellness centre. the staff was accommodating, and the food was delightful. Ideal for both work and relaxation.

the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even carrying our luggage and following up with us the next day to make sure we got to our destination safely. the room service was top-notch, with a delicious variety of South Indian delicacies at breakfast and more than 25 fresh options served on a banana leaf – absolutely divine! Plus, the central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. We even enjoyed some serene moments in the garden, soaking in the falls view. Seriously, their hospitality blew my previous stays out of the water!

I think the bathroom switch could use some extra maintenance since it didn’t feel very secure. the path leading from the main road to the hotel could definitely use some TLC, especially for families with kids.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Kodaikanal with my family and we really liked it. the hotel had a huge play area with various outdoor sports and a mini golf course. We spent half a day just playing around and having fun. the ambience was really great and well-maintained. the food was also good, but a bit expensive. the location of the hotel was perfect, as we didn't need to go out and face the crowded areas.
