This hotel is conveniently located just off the center of all the action in Sapa. It is quite close to the rail station for Fansipan and only a short walk to Sapa square. You will be right in the center of everything and have easy access to all the attractions. the rooms offer a great view of Mount Fansipan, allowing you to truly appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.

The service at this hotel lacks attention to detail, as mentioned by several guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! It was conveniently located just off the center of all the action in Sapa. The staff provided excellent service, offering room service and car hire options. The room was spacious and had great amenities like a mini-bar and a balcony. I also enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and taking advantage of the spa and wellness center. the location and quality of service made my stay here extremely enjoyable!

I highly recommend this place to all travelers.

The view from our clean and spacious room was breathtaking. We were also happy with the helpful staff and the convenient location close to restaurants and major attractions.

The language barrier was challenging, and we experienced miscommunications with some staff. The odour in the bathroom was an unpleasant surprise, and the construction noise and unpaved roads made for a less-than-ideal environment.
