I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Leh that exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and cozy duvets. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and even upgraded my room without me asking. The food was delicious, and they even customized dishes according to my preferences. The hotel also provided RO water, which I appreciated to reduce plastic waste. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food.

Great location, clean and modern hotel. Excellent variety of food, Indian and Asian. Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable staff. Owner's trekking company and lodge. Rental motorbike service available. Ideal for unfamiliar travelers and trekkers. Good value compared to others.

Owner assisted with altitude sickness, organized transport to Kargil at reasonable price. Manager arranged bike rental promptly. Ideal hotel for unfamiliar visitors or those seeking local activities. Great staff and comfortable rooms. the fact that they had a balcony with seats and tables was great to relax and enjoy the views. the area outside with sunshades and outdoor seating was lovely too. It was so convenient being in the heart of the town, close to shopping and restaurants.

The bathroom was old and moldy. the overall decor of the rooms was outdated, and the sheets and towels were not very clean.
