What a wonderful find! This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The location couldn't have been better, with major attractions and shops just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing helpful recommendations and even accommodating our last-minute request for a room. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, equipped with all the amenities we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the daily cleaning service. we had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was great, with a lovely location near many popular sights. We enjoyed being in the heart of the city, just a short walk from everything. the room was comfortable and clean, and we especially liked the unique decor. Plus, the breakfast options were fantastic and plentiful, with plenty of delicious choices to start our day off right.

We did have a few issues with the noise level coming in from outside. we felt a bit restricted in terms of options for eating or relaxing outside of the room.

We were warmly welcomed by Zoya, who provided us with a personalized map of recommended restaurants and historic sites. She even arranged a taxi for our airport transfer, ensuring a hassle-free departure. The location of Boutique Centrale Relais was unbeatable, right downtown and close to Via del Corso, offering great value for money. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a daily cleaning service. The staff was friendly, prompt in their responses, and always ready to help resolve any issues.

One drawback was the heating system, which wasn't functioning well during our stay in January. The room had an old and noisy air conditioning unit that struggled to heat the large space, and there was no heating in the bathroom.
