We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort right on the edge of a large lake. The little canals through the garden added to the charm of the place. The staff, especially Miss Reshma and Mr. Tapas in the restaurant, were super friendly and provided amazing service. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private balcony overlooking the winding canals within the resort. The breakfast, though not perfect for western tastes, had excellent omelettes.

The ironing facilities were not available in the rooms, and we had to pay extra for laundry services.

We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, right on the edges of the big lake-backwaters, provided breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing exceptional customer service and always with a smile. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food and the spa and wellness center allowed us to relax and unwind. the hospitality, stunning location, and impeccable service provided by the staff made our stay here truly enjoyable.

They do not allow pets, but we would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool and children's play area provided plenty of entertainment for kids.

Great value and perfect for a weekend away. the staff were really friendly and welcoming, plus they offered some great free extras like a boat trip and discounted spa treatments. the location was ideal for exploring the local area, with plenty of activities on site to keep us entertained.

There were a few small issues like the pool being in need of cleaning and some expensive activities, but the biggest problem was the plumbing. We had a few leaks and a broken hose which caused some inconvenience.
