The bay view from our second-floor room was stunning, with eagles visiting the pine tree every morning. The bed was comfy, and the staff were polite and helpful.

However, the bathroom layout was awkward, and the tub was slippery with no shower instructions. The hot tub was not clean during my visit, which was disappointing.

I enjoyed the ocean-facing room with its great views and comfortable bed. However, the bathroom layout was awkward, and the noise from the ferry at night was disruptive. I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially if you can get a top-floor room away from the lift.

the time I spent here was a complete disaster. the hot tub was repulsive, dark yellow water and a film all around? I also asked for a microwave and was told to visit the restaurant instead—seriously? one would think a simple request would be met with grace. I woudl have given a good review, but just couldn’t.

Great location with stunning harbour views! Enjoyed a fab gym and lovely restaurant with excellent food and attentive service. Saw eagles from my window!

During our stay, we really appreciated the stunning waterfront views right from our room, which enhanced the overall experience. We visited the local museum and enjoyed the easy access to various attractions, making it a convenient base for our trip.

The harbor view was unreal, especially during sunset. The cozy bar/lounge area was perfect for winding down. We even enjoyed a tasty dinner with fresh salmon in the restaurant. Just a heads-up, the bathroom was super cramped, which made it a bit tricky.

the crest hotel is super nice and cozy, we loved the waterfront views right from our room! the staff were all really friendly and helpful, always there to assist us. restaurant was really good, we enjoyed sittin on the patio lookin out at the harbor. we even had binoculars in our room to see the boats and wildlife. it’s super central too, close to restaurants and shops!

the noise from other guests was really annoying, we couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. also, the rooms were kinda pricey for what you get.

Cute little hotel , great location for transport options to Cow Bay and downtown bus station. The restaurant's patio with water views is fab, and the parking is super convenient too!

Had a lovely harbor view and a cozy room! Plus, the little touches like the robes and an umbrella were charming. Enjoyed the restaurant's excellent local fish dishes during my stay.

The A/C was playing hide and seek on a sweltering day, and I almost thought I was auditioning for a sauna commercial! And don't even get me started on the medium-well steak disaster.
