Had a fantastic family event at this hotel. Despite initial concerns, the event team led by Mr. Amarjeet provided excellent service, and the food was exemplary. The hotel is recommended for corporate and family events. a great experience.

Complimentary welcome drink and chocolate upon arrival added warmth to the Easter holiday. the hotel's close proximity to the backwaters created a serene and peaceful atmosphere. the buffet breakfast had a wide range of dishes to choose from that catered to everyone's taste buds.

The room's decor and furniture needed updating as they appeared outdated and in need of renovation. the service at the poolside bar was a bit slow and could have been more efficient, especially during peak hours.

This hotel offered luxurious amenities that met my needs. The Spa & wellness centre provided an incredible full body massage and my treatment room was equipped with private facilities. Besides, the outdoor swimming pool had sun loungers, and the restaurant had a special diet menu. The staff was helpful and friendly without being too formal. Also, the location was perfect in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Although this hotel offers excellent amenities, there was a minor issue with the room service. It was not as fast as expected, which caused delays in getting things done.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien. The room was lovely and the restaurant, Latest Recipe, exceeded our expectations. We want to thank Mr. Sajith for his exceptional service during both breakfast and dinner. He was friendly, polite, and made our dining experience memorable. We hope to encounter more staff like Sajith and Ram bisth in other Le Meridien hotels. Special thanks to Mr. Vikas, the operation manager, for accommodating our request for a late check-out. The entire restaurant crew surprised us with a delicious pancake treat. It was a delightful surprise! We can't wait to visit again soon!

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The coffee shop Latest Recipe serves delicious food near the dining area with attentive staff. The rooms are comfortable with views of the pool or the backwaters and spacious bathrooms with necessary amenities. The spa provides great Ayurvedic massages and facials, leaving us feeling refreshed.

The room descriptions can be misleading, leading to disappointment upon arrival.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Kochi and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Le Meridien made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The front office managers, Purnendu and Sahid, were exceptional in their service. The spa manager, Dr. Amrita, and her colleague were kind enough to assist me when I injured my back. I also want to mention the excellent boy at the restaurant who remembered all my preferences. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, with amenities such as complimentary yoga, a refreshing lemon drink, a swimming pool, sauna, steam bath. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Sayed Faizan and Mr. Tanveer for their helpfulness and friendly demeanor. my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.
