The hotel had a beautiful lobby and the staff at the concierge desk were extremely helpful in finding a product we were looking for. the club room was worth the extra money, with a beautiful hotel room and access to the club lounge on the 20th floor. the free high tea, food and drinks in the lounge were a great advantage. the hotel also offered free airport transfers, which was a nice perk.

During our stay, the swimming pool was out of use and we were not informed beforehand. This was disappointing and no compensation was offered.
