My recent stay at this hotel was truly memorable! the staff here, including the Front office, F & B Services, Housekeeping, Security. They showed genuine warmth towards guests, making us feel right at home. I must say, the restaurant, Tiffany's, offered an extensive range of delicious dishes from traditional North Indian to Bengali fish and South Indian delicacies. the dining experience was top-notch with options catering to various preferences. the location of the hotel also offers charming in & out dining options that are truly worth exploring. the serene garden area made it a perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature.

While my stay was mostly fantastic, there were a few areas that could be improved. One suggestion would be to enhance communication with guests regarding any hotel policies, especially concerning liquor rules.

the heritage rooms were charming, blending modern comfort and old-world charm seamlessly. the boutique resort concept added exclusivity and a unique experience. the serene ambiance, with breathtaking views of the Himalayan range, was a standout feature. the staff, particularly Mr Sanjib and Mr Ajay, provided excellent service and made our stay memorable. the property's tasteful decor, cozy rooms, beautiful lawn, and varied international menu greatly impressed us.

Can just recommend this hotel.

I loved the spacious rooms, breathtaking views, excellent food, kind staff, and great amenities. The ambiance and architecture were amazing, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The packed breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Kudos to the talented singer and the enjoyable bonfire. Mayfair Himalayan Spa Resort in Kalimpong provided an unforgettable experience.

This hotel is a luxurious destination with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was excellent and offered a variety of treatments. the Swimming pool was clean and well, maintained. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi provided a relaxing atmosphere. the library was well, stocked, and the garden area was beautifully landscaped. the spa centre offered high, quality beauty treatments, including body scrubs, massages, body wraps and facials.

I was disturbed by the loud music from an event hosted at the hotel, which interrupted my sleep.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, situated on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Whether you're dining in the open area of the property or enjoying a meal at The Tiffany restaurant, you'll be treated to not only a delectable spread but also an incredible mountain view. The rooms are spacious and well-planned, with beautiful wallpapers, curtains, and furniture adding to the overall ambiance. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with special mention to Ms. Sangita, Ms. Saraswati, and Mr. Ishaque who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to start your day off right.

The behavior and attentiveness of some staff members could be improved.
