We were truly amazed by this place. The location, nestled deep inside the High Tatra national park, was nothing short of breathtaking. Surrounded by mountains and a serene lake, it felt like being in a secluded paradise. The beauty of the nature preserve area was unparalleled.

We should recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is perfectly situated next to the restaurant, providing breathtaking views of Gerlach's summit. With a waterfall nearby and plenty of surrounding activities, such as hiking, there is never a dull moment. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the service is top-notch. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of gourmet options, exceeding even the standards of Hilton. The spa facilities, including the jacuzzi, provide a cozy atmosphere to relax in while enjoying the stunning view of the snowy peaks.

There were some inconveniences with cigarette smoke, as a smoker station was placed near the entrance. This resulted in a lingering smell in certain areas of the hotel, including the staircase.

Great Mountain Location and Scenery, Favoured by Mountaineers

The hotel is located in a mountainous area, which is perfect for people who love the outdoors. the view of the lake and the waterfall is breathtaking, and the mountains add beauty to the area. the hotel is very popular for mountaineers, and it is easy to see why. It's ideally located for mountain climbing and hiking trails, plus the nearby village is just a short drive away.

The hotel had limited accessibility as the car park was not close to the hotel, and the shuttle service was inconvenient. We also found the service average, and the interior facilities a little outdated.
