I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location, tucked away on Nigeen Lake, provided a tranquil and peaceful setting. The views of the lake were absolutely mesmerizing. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with walnut wood carvings and luxurious furniture. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff, especially Asif bhai, provided excellent service and were always available to help with any requests. They even arranged a Shikhara ride to the early morning market, which was a truly unique and beautiful experience.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the heritage houseboat was absolutely amazing! The ambience was beautiful, and the interiors were stunning. The food was delicious and felt just like home-cooked meals. We even got upgraded to the Royal Heritage Suite, which had modern facilities and hand-carved walls. We also loved exploring the home store and getting authentic Kashmiri handicrafts. This was truly the best stay in Kashmir, and we can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable getaway.

Peaceful location with amazing mountain views. Walkable to local town. Helpful staff, especially Sami, ensuring everything in order. Best showers in India. Must-do on Nigeen Lake. Beautiful and grand property with tasteful rooms and common areas. Owner Sami is sweet and helpful. Warm and hospitable staff, making our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a hygienic stay. Proactive and friendly staff, treating guests like family.

Great views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to nearby marketplaces were a plus. the cleanliness of the houseboat was also surprisingly good considering that it floats on water.

The noise levels at night were unbearable. the shikaras and other boats on the water made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
