The room was neat, with all amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering a refund due to the cyclone. Great value for money.

Located near beautiful beaches and offering a spicy cuisine, this hotel is a great spot to explore the area. The Square restaurant has many tasty Indian dishes and the Novotel restaurant has excellent service. Rooms are clean and modern with all necessary amenities, including a great view.

The front desk manager had poor attitude and was not helpful with currency exchange, making the experience less pleasant.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. the exclusive amenities, like the indoor swimming pool and massage services, met our luxurious needs. the Rooftop pool and spa lounge were stunning, and we enjoyed the tranquil garden area. the restaurant was fantastic, and the in-room breakfast was impressive.

The one minor issue was the delayed service at the poolside snack bar, but it did not detract from the overall exceptional experience. We found everything else to be perfect and would recommend this hotel to other guests.

We had a delightful stay at Novotel Sipcot. the location was perfect for exploring the ECR and Mahabalipuram area. the suite room comfortably accommodated all four of us, and the spacious bathroom with a bathtub was a pleasant addition. We appreciated the attentive staff and their willingness to assist us with special requests, particularly Smita who went above and beyond. the breakfast and dinner options were decent, with a good variety of high-quality dishes. we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would eagerly return.
