The staff provided excellent service and quick transportation to the monkey park. The ryokan had a variety of onsens, including a family one, and traditional dress for exploring others in the town. The Japanese restaurant and banquet hall offered delicious meals. The rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable futon beds.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in the beautiful Shibu area. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the small snacks of local food left in the room each day to the stunning views from the rooms. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and memorable stay. The location was perfect, right in front of the main onsen street, allowing us to easily explore the charming town. The hotel also offered shuttle services to Yudanaka station and the snow monkey park, which was incredibly convenient.
