Our family of four had an amazing stay at this hotel located by a beautiful beach. The rooms were tidy, comfortable and cleaned exceptionally well every day. We had access to a free shuttle service to the beach, which was very helpful. The morning breakfast selection was great with a variety of refreshments. The service from the team was superb, very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the clean swimming pools and availability of sunbeds. The hotel had great in-room dining options for a reasonable price.

The hotel staff, especially Ms Akshata and Mr Rakshit, were extremely helpful and made our check-in and stay smooth. The breakfast spread was impressive, and we enjoyed the great food by the pool with a wonderful ambience.

La salle de bains était agréable et propre. Le personnel était très aimable et professionnel, offrant un accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, avec de nombreuses options à choisir.

Nous avons été dérangés par le manque d'insonorisation interne dans les chambres, ce qui nous a réveillés à cause des bruits du couloir.

The breakfast was nice and they offered some complimentary coffee and tea. the location was also good as it was close to the beach. the staff was courteous and helpful.

The rooms were not clean and smelled damp. the bed linens were not changed regularly and there were no enough toiletries.

The food at Novotel was exceptional, especially the Indian cuisine. We were impressed with the variety and quality of dishes. we recommend this hotel for a satisfying stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool area was spacious and offered a great place to relax. It was conveniently located close to the beach, making it easy to access. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, particularly Ayushman and Akshata, provided exceptional service, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The breakfast and meals prepared by Chef Pradeep and his team were delicious and innovative.

We had an amazing family vacation at this hotel. The location is perfect, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from the friendly housekeeping team to the attentive breakfast staff. Speaking of breakfast, the spread was extensive with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The pool area was also great, offering a refreshing escape from the heat. We would definitely stay here again.

Some minor improvements could be made in terms of lobby layout.

We had a great stay at a well-designed hotel with nice rooms and soft beds. Our room overlooked the pool, which was excellent. the staff, particularly the cleaning boy Sonu and the reception staff, were excellent and quickly addressed any issues. the service level was fantastic, with the housekeeping team, especially their manager Deepti, taking great care of us. the hotel met or exceeded our expectations, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. the staff went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after. the location was convenient, with the main road and the beach just a short drive away. the hotel had good amenities, including a pool with slides and a kids' activities room. our experience was wonderful, and we would like to thank all the staff for their great service.

The hotel provided an exceptional Spa & wellness centre experience, with luxurious massage treatments and beauty services. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered a serene atmosphere, surrounded by a beautiful garden area. the restaurant had delicious food and a great selection of special diet menus for all tastes. the location was perfect, close to the beach and other tourist areas.

The walls between rooms were thin as I was disturbed by my neighbors during the night. Despite the staff's efforts to resolve the issue, it continued into the early morning.

Great central location near numerous restaurants, shops and bars, with nice room design and comfortable beds. The staff is helpful and cooperative, providing good quality food and maintaining proper cleanliness. Power backup adds another layer of comfort to the stay.
