The bed at the Holiday Inn Express was incredibly comfortable, giving us the best sleep we've ever had! The staff went above and beyond with exceptional service, always polite and helpful. We were thrilled that breakfast was included, and the fact that they are pet-friendly was a bonus. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for a Toronto youth hockey trip. Smooth check-in, spacious and clean rooms with a kitchenette. Delicious breakfast options and all-day coffee, tea, and juice. Accommodating to hockey teams and many nearby restaurants. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with restaurants and gas stations nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I particularly liked the room with a nice view, and the fact that breakfast was included in the price. Also, the real dishes provided for breakfast are a nice touch!

As youngsters, we loved the relaxed atmosphere and the hassle-free check-in process without needing a credit card. The staff was friendly and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including real plates and cutlery. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of options and grab-and-go bags for snacks on the road. The swimming pool and hot tub were great for some leisure time.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a friend's wedding and were greeted by the friendly and helpful front desk agent, Sohaib. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine from the wedding party and even offered to send up wine glasses to our room. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with plenty of outlets for all our charging needs. The hotel is well-located and surrounded by restaurants, making it convenient for dining options. The staff were amazing, kind, and social, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

There were some issues with children in the pool area, as they were loud and disruptive, causing inconvenience for other guests.

Had a great time on my romantic escape at a hotel! The complementary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Loved the location, not too far from great restaurants and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

The HVAC unit was a bit noisy and woke us up a few times during the night. The pool area was a bit dirty, and towels weren't readily available.
