Tinna at the front desk was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so welcome! The location was mind-blowing with stunning mountain and sea views. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the showers were great. The bar/lounge area had floor to ceiling windows and the food was super delicious. The staff were energetic, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. The property itself was charming and the bed was really comfy. The bartender made amazing cocktails and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. a truly exceptional stay with outstanding service and breathtaking views.

I stayed at a hotel in a stunning location with breathtaking views of glacier-topped mountains. It was a perfect base for exploring the south coast of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula and the nearby national park. The hotel even had hiking trails starting right from its doorstep.

During my business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with a stunning location near a picturesque beach down a hill, national park, and Black Church. I even caught sight of seals! The room was cozy and clean, with strong water pressure in the bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had inviting common areas and beautiful decor, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

Although the hotel was lovely, the cost of some of the amenities was a bit steep, similar to the other hotels in the area.

This hotel is in a beautiful coastal area with superb views back to the mountains on the Snaefellsnes peninsula. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms with perfect view on the Northern Lights were amazing.

We had an incredible time in Budir! the staff, especially Hallgrimur, made our stay truly special. He gave us great recommendations for off-the-beaten-track places and even woke us up for the Northern Lights. the hotel itself is warm and cozy, with a charming history and beautiful views of the mountains and ocean. the bar is lots of fun and the restaurant serves delicious food. While it can be pricey, it's definitely worth it for the experience.

I recently had a wonderful retreat in a remote and stunning location in Iceland. the Hotel Budir was the perfect place to stay. Throughout my stay, the staff at the hotel treated me like I was the only guest, providing exceptional attention and assistance. the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the dinners were truly spectacular, especially the langoustine appetizers and blue ling fish entrees.

No vegetarian options on the menu, but the chef kindly made a special dish for us.
