The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They arranged a romantic dinner by the poolside and even provided a cot for our baby. The restaurant staff, especially Mr. Soman and the Executive Chef, treated us like VIPs and even made off-menu dishes for our kids. The breakfast and dinner spread was lavish, and the room was spacious and well-furnished. The view of the greenery was breathtaking, and the swimming pool and gym were in good condition. excellent service and value for money.

Service is impeccable with timely room service.

Cons I encountered only one minor issue in this hotel, the electric kettle in my room was not working. Apart from that, the hotel offers private facilities that are hard to come by in other hotels, including the packed lunches, special diet menus, and location advantages.
