Woke up to the sound of waves at this hotel, but no swimming fun due to maintenance. Enjoyed a good breakfast and live music is always a mood lifter. Had a cozy room with a view and a smooth check-in process. Had a slight scare with a cockroach, didn't know I had a roommate! Was hoping for more food variety but the rooftop view made up for it. Till next time, hoping the swimming pool stays afloat! .

During my recent business trip to Visakhapatnam, I had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, a choice made by my director. the breakfast and dinner options were simply outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious vegetarian dishes available. the location of the hotel was ideal, offering breathtaking views of the sea that made my room even more special. I particularly enjoyed the serene ambience and the infinity pool, providing a perfect setting for relaxation after a busy day of work.

The location of the hotel was good, just a stone's throw away from the beach. However, it was downhill from there. The restaurant was lacking in variety for both buffet and à la carte menu. The service was not up to standard, except for a few polite staff members.

This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities such as a beautiful swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. the Spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing experience with exceptional massage services and a steam room. the beach access and BBQ facilities made for a perfect evening with friends. the service exceeded my expectations with friendly staff providing an in-room breakfast and private dining experience. the location by the ocean made for a picturesque view from my room!

The travel desk needs improvement with its communication between customer and driver, making it a minor inconvenience.

The Infinity Platter at Novotel was a culinary masterpiece. Chef Narasayya's suggestions were spot on and the food was exquisite. The staff was attentive and ensured a memorable dining experience. I would recommend this hotel for its exceptional cuisine.

The complementary breakfast and dinner were simply scrumptious! the central location of the hotel is amazing, everything was accessible with ease. the room decor and furnishings were so comfortable for a good night's sleep.

I couldn't find a hairdryer in the bathroom! the check-in was a bit slow.
