The luxurious amenities at this hotel were outstanding. the spa center provided a range of high-quality treatments and the indoor swimming pool was sublime. the staff were attentive, making us feel pampered and relaxed. the restaurant had an impressive array of buffet breakfast options, and the poolside snack bar served delicious food. the venue's beautiful garden area was perfect for sun lounging and the hot spring bath was divine. We also appreciated the private facilities and location advantages.

the live entertainment at the karaoke wasn't to our liking, but we didn't let that affect our enjoyment of this marvelous hotel.

Parking is convenient, and the hotel has reliable WiFi without annoying captive portals. The staff provides excellent service and is friendly and professional. The food options are plentiful, catering to different tastes. The resort's relaxing atmosphere is enhanced by beautiful decorations. Surprisingly, a stunning resort is nestled in the forest. Highly recommended.

The hotel offers a great variety of fresh food at the buffets, and the pools are nice and warm and offer a relaxing atmosphere. the spa is large and offers very reasonable prices for treatments.

The noise level in the common areas is extremely high and the activities are geared mostly towards families and large groups. the rooms are not well-maintained and are in need of updating.
