I recently stayed at the Oberoi and I must say, the level of service was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a hotel representative who escorted me to a luxurious limousine for a complimentary transfer to the hotel. The check-in process was seamless and took place in my immaculate Executive Suite. The stunning view of the sea and Marina Walk from my room was absolutely breathtaking.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was superb. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions in the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure that I was well taken care of. The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, with a wide range of delicious options and impeccable service.

The hotel staff is exceptional in conduct and action, including front desk, security, breakfast, and housekeeping. The lobby is grand and welcoming, and the bar with a beach view is worth experiencing. The breakfast selection is the best in the area, while the rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym and spa are adequate, and the location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions.

The service from the club lounge staff was superb, they were polite and professional. The club lounge food was excellent. The location of the hotel was great, right next to a shopping mall and the iconic Petronas Towers. It was also a short walk to the KLCC LRT station.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the waterfront with a stunning view. the room I stayed in was upgraded to a suite with a great view of the city. the amenities provided by the hotel were fantastic, with a spacious bathroom and little gifts left by the staff. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of both western and Indian dishes. the hotel lobby was beautiful, with a grand piano and a massive open space adorned with vines.

The hotel offers a driver service for airport transfers, however, the drivers are not direct employees of the hotel and their constant talk about tips was a bit off-putting. the pool area of the hotel was not up to the standard that I expected, it looked a bit neglected.

My room had a breathtaking view of the water and Marine drive. The breakfast was delicious and varied. I also enjoyed the spice tour with the hotel chef. I'd recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in Nariman Point. the beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel's location is even better than the famous Taj, and there's a lovely promenade right outside the door. the staff were courteous and the chauffeurs provided excellent service, including airport transfers and a city tour. the ocean view suite was spacious and unobstructed, and the gym was quiet and well-equipped. I also enjoyed dining at the Ziya restaurant, which provided an otherworldly fine dining experience. the hotel also went above and beyond to make my son's stay memorable by providing activity books and drawing pads. the attention to detail, such as the housekeeping attendant leaving a personalized note and an additional shoe bag, was truly impressive. the quick check-in process and the availability of a 24-hour spa were also added bonuses. I have no reason to stay anywhere else in the future.

My recent trip to Mumbai was made exceptional by the hotel I stayed in. the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. They even offered complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival, which was a delightful surprise. the hotel's prime location allowed me to explore all of the city's best sights and sounds. Another great aspect was the luxurious and spacious room I had, complete with all the amenities I needed for an enjoyable stay.

Honestly, I couldn't find anything to dislike about this hotel. From the moment I stepped in until the moment I checked out, everything ran perfectly smoothly.

From the incredible views of the Arabian Sea to the impeccable service provided by the staff, our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the private cooking lesson and butler services. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, allowing us to choose our hot meals from a menu and enjoy them fresh. Additionally, the staff members we encountered, from the concierge staff to the restaurant staff, were all polite, courteous, and friendly.

This hotel exudes luxury with its exclusive amenities. the staff provided exceptional service, from the moment of arrival to departure. the Spa & wellness centre offers a variety of beauty treatments such as waxing, manicures, facials, and pedicures. the outdoor swimming pool is stunning and the BBQ facilities are perfect for a summer night. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the dinner menu offered a wide selection. the private facilities were exclusive, which added to the luxury experience. the location advantages were outstanding, with beautiful views of the city.

the sauna was smaller than expected, making it difficult to fully enjoy.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel's location near the sea and train station made it convenient yet peaceful. The service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond, even leaving helpful items in the rooms such as a pencil sharpener and shoe smellies. The rooms themselves were beautifully clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The restaurants served incredibly delicious meals and the spa treatments were top-notch. the experience was flawless and unforgettable.

I had an amazing experience at this awesome property during my recent stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hotel doctors and nurse were constantly available and provided exceptional care when my mother fell ill. The breakfast was the best I have had anywhere, and the quality of the food at all the hotel restaurants was top notch. The General Manager, Mr. Anupam Dasgupta, was personable and took an active interest in the guests' experiences. The entire staff was polite, attentive, and made our celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary very memorable.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
