The staff were friendly and attentive, from the bellmen to the car valet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The hotel also offered great amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and limousine service. We would love to shop in the stunning shops here and definitely recommend it to our family!

The executive suite on the 7th floor was comfortable and homey. the spacious and clean bedroom and bathroom were a plus. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. the location of the hotel is great, with a bustling street nearby and easy access to shops and restaurants.

The lobby staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, offering no greetings or assistance. the lobby bar/lounge felt like a crowded nightclub for young locals, to the point where paying hotel guests were denied service.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, super comfortable and cozy. The room had all the amenities we needed, including robes and a RFID key for easy access. The air-conditioning and heating were quiet and maintained a perfect temperature. We also enjoyed the extra lounge space in our standard king room, it was cute and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent, with historical significance and a beautiful internal courtyard that created a great ambiance. the hotel was worth every penny!
