I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were really comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The room was quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The wifi was free and worked well, allowing me to stay connected with ease. The hotel's location was one of the best aspects, as it was close to all public transportation options. The bus, metro, and train station were all within easy distance, making it convenient to explore this city's tourist attractions. Additionally, the hotel was located near shopping areas and the train station, adding to its convenience. The breakfast provided at the hotel was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything was well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant dining experience.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided us with alternative solutions when there were issues with the room facilities. The staff even helped us with transportation and prepared sandwiches for our early morning excursion.

The hotel was not well-maintained and cleanliness standards were subpar. The bedsheets were dirty, and there was a lack of attention to detail in cleaning the rooms.

the location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance of public transportation, convenient stores, restaurants, and markets. the hotel was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning which was a relief in the hot month of May. the staff was friendly and spoke English, making communication easy. My room was tastefully decorated, modern, and kept clean. it was a great value for money.

They were extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure that every need was met. The attention to detail in the rooms was also impressive, with a very comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Lastly, the breakfast spread offered was delightful, with a wide variety of options and included in the room rate. this hotel provided great value for money and exceeded my expectations in terms of service, location, and basic amenities.
