I had an absolutely wonderful stay at a charming retreat nestled in the midst of a lush plantation. The location was perfect, offering a serene and private atmosphere. The Mackenzie Suite, with its colonial-style furnishings, spaciousness, and balcony, made me feel like royalty. The meals served in the open dining space overlooking the plantation were outstanding and plentiful. The jeep tour of the plantation was informative and led by a knowledgeable ecologist. The birdwatching opportunities were a delight. I highly recommend this hotel for its tranquility, excellent meals, and exceptional plantation experience.

The generosity and kindness shown by the hotel was truly remarkable. The accommodations were tastefully designed and provided great comfort. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the kitchen staff was attentive to my dietary needs. I also enjoyed exploring the beautiful surroundings, with its diverse bird species and coffee trees. I can't wait to return and experience this luxurious and peaceful place again.

Had an amazing city trip with great service. Loved the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi which made my stay more convenient. Location was perfect and easy to access key attractions. The room was clean and cozy with a stunning view.

The pool was out of order during my stay which was a major disappointment as I had looked forward to refreshing dips. , the noise level in the room was quite high due to the location being close to a road.
