Amazing staff and location. Parking was a bit tricky.

During my recent stay at Intercontinental - The Wharf, I was impressed by the clean and chic atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the river from the balcony. I particularly enjoyed the shower, which was roomy and luxurious. The fitness room was also excellent, allowing me to keep up with my workout routine. The location was perfect, not far from Union Station and museums, and I was glad to be in an up-and-coming area. The breakfasts were delicious, and I appreciated the variety of options available. my experience at Intercontinental - The Wharf was outstanding.

There were a few small drawbacks to my stay. I was disappointed that the balcony was extremely small, making it difficult for two people to pass each other.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the bar and the manager, Dimitri. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to various businesses and attractions. This made exploring the area a breeze. Lastly, I appreciated the daily text messages from the hotel, checking if I needed housekeeping or any additional supplies. It showed their commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the balcony in my room was extremely small, making it difficult for two people to move around comfortably.

The rooftop pool was a unique and enjoyable feature. The hotel had a stunning view and was surrounded by attractions like restaurants and bars. The atmosphere was amazing.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, situated between the Anthem and the Arena Stage theater, perfect for couples looking to enjoy some entertainment. The customer service was exceptional, with Marisse Wong, the assistant manager, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The security, valet, and food service staff were also outstanding. The bathroom was luxurious, offering both a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower. The property was modern and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the easy access to restaurants, bars, live music, and water activities in the Wharf area. The complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus for exploring the Capitol Mall and shopping areas.

We felt cared for throughout our stay with no complaints at all.

There were great restaurants in the area, and we enjoyed peaceful walks along the river every night. Our room had a beautiful river view, was clean, and the size was comfortable. The staff was friendly and skilled, and we had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant.

Despite a few drawbacks, my weekend stay at this hotel had some positive aspects. the location was excellent, offering easy access to key attractions and a stunning view. Secondly, the modern rooms provided a comfortable and clean environment. Lastly, the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely fantastic, providing a beautiful and romantic setting.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the pet policy was quite frustrating, as there was an additional charge of $80 regardless of whether the pet caused any issues.

This hotel is in a great location, with beautiful views of the Potomac river from the rooms with a balcony. The service from the staff was outstanding, with enough fresh towels provided each day and breakfast with views to the wharf. It's really good value for money.

All was fine, nothing to complain about!

We had a pleasant stay for our anniversary trip. the personalized welcome screen and treats in our room were nice touches. the location was convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the view of the harbor from our room and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax.

There were a few issues during our stay. the front desk clerk at check-out seemed disengaged with her cellphone.

The staff at Intercontinental made me feel extremely welcome and attended to. Special shout-out to Niko at the front desk who was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel on the Wharf was fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I had a pleasant experience at Intercontinental and would recommend it.

Beautiful decor, prime location on the wharf. Great amenities, comfortable beds. Exceptional front desk staff, professional and accommodating. Convenient onsite parking with attentive valet service.

The hotel itself was spotless and in a great location, close to all the attractions in DC. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed with soft pillows. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The internet was quite slow, and it would be great if they added an option for music in the rooms.

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, an ironing board, and a mini-bar. The rooftop pool and spa centre were definitely highlights of my stay!
