The resort itself felt like a home away from home, with clean and comfortable accommodations. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We had an amazing experience during our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Lizo and Abhijit who went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The panoramic views from the balcony were breathtaking and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast which had a great variety of dishes to choose from.

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. They even listened to us and adjusted the food to our liking. the location was convenient because it allowed us to cover a lot of ground quickly. Finally, the view from the room was nice.

The chicken was undercooked and we had to send it back. This issue persisted even after we complained, as if the chef was not listening to us.

We recently had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful and serene area, with stunning views all around. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We also loved the delicious food served at the hotel, which exceeded our expectations. The facilities, including the swimming pool and the well-maintained gardens, added to our overall enjoyment. This place is definitely perfect for families, as we felt very comfortable and secure during our stay.

During our Christmas stay at the resort, we enjoyed the beautiful views offered from the hilltop location. The gusty winds added to the pleasant atmosphere. The staff and owners were very friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The food served was simply delicious, and we particularly enjoyed visiting their vegetable garden. Additionally, the infinity pool provided a stunning vista. The resort's proximity to tourist attractions such as Swargam Medu and Anayirankal dam was convenient.

On the downside, we found the lighting in the bathroom to be dull, which made it difficult to see clearly. Although the bathroom was clean, there was a damp smell that was slightly off-putting.

I had an amazing stay at a calm and peaceful resort with a magnificent view. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The food was excellent, especially the fresh avocado juice for breakfast. I would highly recommend this place!

The location is a bit far from Munnar town, but it's actually nice to be away from the busy center. There are also no nearby places to buy food after 10pm.
