During our stay at Pph Living Neermala Residency, we were impressed with the cleanliness and the range of facilities available. The room was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities such as AC, WiFi, TV, and hot water. The price we paid for our stay was reasonable considering the ambience of the hotel. The revolving chair in the room and the presence of six charge points were also convenient features.

One drawback we experienced was the absence of breakfast at the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location in a congested marketplace made it difficult to get in and out.

The location of this hotel is right in the middle of the lively market area, which is a plus point for shopaholics. the cleanliness in the rooms was remarkable with fresh linen and towels provided every day. the staff was amicable and always ready to help.

My experience was far from satisfactory as the hot water was not available for two consecutive days. the room was not cleaned properly, and the manager's response to our requests was unsatisfactory.

The hotel had excellent cooling and all necessary facilities like AC, WiFi, TV, and hot water. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the lady working during the day shift and the guy working at night. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and spacious, offering great value for money. The hospitality shown by the front desk manager and housekeeping staff was exceptional.
