The service provided by the staff exceeded my expectations, as they were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. From the helpful driver to the attentive restaurant staff, everyone made my time at the hotel special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the complimentary hot chocolate at night was a delicious treat. my friend's first visit to India was made even more memorable by the wonderful people and amenities provided by this hotel.

The hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle service which is useful for travelers. The staff is polite and attentive. Plus, the hotel's breakfast menu is quite decent.

The rooms lack basic amenities and are in dire need of an upgrade. The view from the room is unimpressive and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is poor.

I had a quick visit to Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai and it was a very comfortable experience. The driver was prompt at the airport and the room was turned down and very comfortable upon my arrival. I also appreciated the fresh fruit waiting for me. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And don't miss the South Indian coffee, it's a must-try! I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at Radisson in Chennai for one night, as I needed a hotel close to the airport. The location is perfect, right next to the airport. Despite the noise from flights, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, even providing us with a hotel car to go to the airport and back. The dinner at Kebab Factory was delicious, and we also got to enjoy a private magician show at our table, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The hotel also provided various vouchers for their upgraded room, which was a nice touch.

This luxurious hotel offered exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. The service provided by the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional. The swimming pool was stunning and the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. The full body massage was heavenly and the Spa lounge made us feel relaxed and refreshed. The beauty treatment was exceptional and the foot massage left us feeling rejuvenated. Dining at the restaurant and the poolside snack bar was an unforgettable experience.

The hotel lacked an infinity pool, which would have been an incredible addition to the venue.
