This place has a great location, with a cycle path all the way there parallel to the main road. It's perfect for exploring the area by bike and getting to the beach easily. The housekeeping service was top-notch and kept the rooms very clean. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Loved it!! We had a wonderful stay at Livetulum. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and our room had direct access to the pool, which was a huge plus. The hotel is conveniently located near a 24-hour 7 Eleven and taxi stand. We recommend visiting LA Vita e Bella beach, which was not crowded and had great drinks. The restaurant LA Coqueta is a must-visit and just a short walk from the hotel. We enjoyed evening walks by LE Bistro with its many food options. The Tulum ruins are a short taxi ride away and we suggest going before 9am to avoid the crowds. an amazing place and a great hotel!

The room I stayed in was lovely and great value for money. The location was perfect as it was close to the city center and easy to cycle to the beach for the day. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious.

Livetulum was absolutely amazing! the design and spaciousness of the room made me feel like I had my own apartment. the view of the pool was a nice bonus. the staff were also incredibly nice and helped me with bookings for tourist attractions. I can't recommend this place enough!

We loved staying here! The location is amazing, with a bike path that connects us to the beach. The service from the housekeeping staff was fantastic, always keeping everything clean and tidy. The swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing, and the spa & wellness centre was a great way to unwind.

We had a fantastic stay at Livetulum Aparthotel. the location was perfect, just 8 blocks away from the ADO bus station and easily accessible by taxi. There were plenty of eating places nearby, so finding food was never a problem. the property itself was clean and cozy, with a nice vibe. We especially loved the scooter rental place right next to the property, which made exploring the area a breeze. And having an ATM within the property was so convenient. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting.

From the moment we stepped into this boutique hotel, we knew we had found a hidden gem. The whitewashed walls and Mexican art scattered throughout the reception created an atmosphere of tranquility and charm.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, being close to the city center of Tulum. This allows you to easily explore the town and enjoy delicious meals at the local restaurants. you can easily make your way to the beach for the day, taking advantage of the beautiful coastline. Another positive aspect is the modern shopping options available nearby, providing you with a great way to satisfy any retail cravings.

It was a bit disappointing to learn that some of the other hotels in the area were not as well planned out.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and it was great! Loved the fact that they offered free breakfast and even had bikes we could use to explore the area. the location itself was spot on, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. the staff was also friendly and accommodating.

That the pool wasn't the cleanest and there wasn't much space around it to relax. the walls were a bit thin, so occasionally we could hear noise from adjacent rooms.
