Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The friendly staff made us feel right at home. The rooftop bar and pool were perfect for enjoying the stunning views of the city. On top of that, the hotel surprised us with a delicious birthday cake for my husband's special day.

It felt like a true home away from home, with nothing to complain about.

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The interior and decoration of the hotel were mind-blowingly artistic, creating a unique and beautiful atmosphere. The location couldn't have been better, directly opposite the lake and within walking distance to everything in the city. The rooms with the direct lake view and garden balcony were jaw-droppingly amazing, and the balcony itself was incredibly spacious. The overall decor throughout the hotel was gorgeous, and the live music on the grand piano at night was a nice touch. , the hotel's rooftop swimming pool was a great way to relax after exploring the old quarter. All in all, our stay at this hotel was truly fantastic and exceeded our expectations.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfill luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre is outstanding, the massage was the best I've ever had. the Sun terrace is a perfect spot to relax and offers amazing views. the in-room breakfast was delicious and filling. the staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and attentive. the location advantages were unbeatable, a short walk to the lake and great restaurants.

The hotel could have better soundproofing, some street noise could be heard in the room.

The hotel had a great location near the beautiful lake and the lively old quarter. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English. the breakfast was outstanding and offered a variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes. the hotel had a lovely decor that added to the overall experience.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the hotel did not have any news channels from our native country on the TV. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall great experience we had at the hotel.
