the prestige hotel penang exceeded my expectations during this holiday with its brand new character and great location. the small but perfect rooms, rooftop views, and saltwater pool made for a relaxing and beautiful stay.

Breakfast room service was a shock with the wrong order delivered too early.

The decor is stunning both in and out, with attention to detail. The rooms are peaceful, relaxing and comfy. It's conveniently located within walking distance of leading tourist attractions and eating spots. The staff is hospitable, helpful, and friendly. High marks on the infinity pool and buffet breakfast.

The Prestige Hotel in Penang exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome we received from the staff, especially Zain and Haniff, made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the ferry port and the downtown area. We enjoyed exploring the charming neighborhood and were grateful for the helpfulness of the staff, who even assisted us with cutting up mangos we had purchased. The buffet breakfast at The Glasshouse was a highlight, with friendly staff and delicious food. The infinity pool was breathtaking and the complimentary drink voucher was a nice touch. our experience at Prestige Hotel Penang was superb, and we highly recommend it.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure at The Prestige Hotel. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and the hotel provided free parking and a beautiful pool with a stunning view. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Unesco Heritage listed precinct and there were plenty of dining options in the area. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed with a unique loft layout. we had a wonderful and memorable stay.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel was in a great spot for exploring the local area, with lots of street food and interesting sights nearby. We really appreciated the free drinks and cookies provided as part of the hotel's festive package! the bed was really comfortable too, and we slept well.

We were really unhappy with the noise levels in the hotel. We were woken up early one morning by an alarm going off in the room next door, and could hear people talking and walking past our room too.

The location of the hotel is ideal for business travelers as it is near the pier and ferry terminal, providing easy access to transportation options. Additionally, it is conveniently located near attractive places in Georgetown, making it easy to explore the city during our free time. The room was clean and spacious, with high-quality vanity items provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The gym and swimming pool were well-maintained and provided a relaxing way to unwind after a long day.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries such as combs and hair products.

Although my stay was wonderful, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The pool closed a little earlier than I would have liked, limiting my time to relax and enjoy the facilities.

The luxurious amenities provided here fulfilled all my needs. the beautiful room was perfectly clean, with exclusive products for my hair. the dining experience was exceptional, with the creamy pesto being my favorite. It was great that the hotel had a row of shops at the lobby for easy access to restaurants and cafes. the staff was extremely friendly, especially Mr Zali or Zain.

There was a minor issue regarding the small pool which seemed more like a dipping pool. the water quality was questionable, and the pool floor was a bit slippery.
