The Superior Room at Radisson Salem felt just like home with a cozy king bed, individual climate control, and a work desk perfect for me to chill and get some work done.

I return for weekends as the staff kindly helped with early check-in on my first stay. the hotel meets all my needs - Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, gym, pool.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. the staff, including Krishna, Deepika, Krithika, Pandi, Muthu. the room service was prompt, and the housekeeping maintained high standards. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the restaurant had delicious world cuisine. the hotel's outdoor swimming pool and garden area were relaxing spots to unwind. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I had a fantastic time, especially compared to my past stays.

One area for improvement at this hotel would be the limited choices for in-room dining. Requesting items not on the menu can lead to unexpected dishes, which might not meet expectations.

the rooms were super clean and spacious with breathtaking views of the mountains and lush greenery. the in-room dining was jaw-droppingly prompt and delicious, with a special kids menu that my daughter LOVED. the staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making us feel like VIP guests. the hotel facilities were top-notch, including a 24-hour gym, spotless towels and linen, and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. the option to wash my car at the taps in the parking lot before hitting the road was a brilliant touch. this hotel exceeded all my expectations, providing a flawless stay that left me with wonderful memories.

The hospitality at Radisson Salem was exceptional. The staff, particularly Susmita & Anil, went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. They even prepared a special vegetarian dish for us that wasn't on the menu. We felt well taken care of and happy during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning view of lush greenery. Clean and well-furnished room with a fridge. Reception and room service personnel are professional and responsive. Excellent food quality, with a generous variety of dishes for breakfast. Banquet team did an amazing job, providing great hospitality.

During my business trip, I had a great experience at a hotel located conveniently close to the main road. the staff was extremely welcoming, and I especially loved the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi facilities. the rooms were cozy and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay.

The noise level, and it was difficult to get a good night's rest due to the constant outside noise. the toiletries provided were not up to the mark and could be improved.
