We had a fantastic stay at a lovely heritage hotel that was sympathetically furnished and restored. Our bedroom in the main building was gorgeous, with an antique bed and lovely linen. the staff at Raheem Residency were really helpful and even gave us a discount due to the disruption caused by road construction. the hotel had excellent restaurants, with delicious food and breakfasts. the pool was also a highlight, providing a refreshing dip in place of the dirty beach. the whole experience was wonderful.

The location was perfect, just across from the beach, and we enjoyed the beautiful view. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a cozy bed. The staff provided excellent service, always polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of local dishes to choose from. We also loved the peaceful and relaxing courtyard gardens. The hotel was happy to arrange less touristy activities for us, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

That the road outside the hotel was under construction, which affected the overall appearance of the area.

I enjoyed relaxing by the poolside and indulging in the massage and beauty treatments at the spa. The hotel had a lovely rooftop pool and sun terrace, offering a great place to unwind and soak up the sun. the comfort and quality services provided at this hotel made my stay truly memorable.

Comfortable rooms and very clean. The food in the restaurant is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The location of our room was perfect, away from the restaurant but still conveniently placed. The adjoining Harbour Bar is a hidden gem, where we got to meet interesting locals and fellow travelers. The colonial-style building is filled with fascinating artefacts, adding to its charm. The terrace restaurant offers great food and stunning views, while the little pool is a lovely addition. The property is conveniently located opposite the beach, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Raheem Residency provided us with an unforgettable experience, combining a heritage vibe and a warm homestay atmosphere.

I was delighted with the beautiful vintage furniture and cultural items at this charming hotel. The restaurant upstairs offered delicious food with amazing views of the beach and sea. The spa/suite provided an authentic traditional Ayurveda massage that was both rejuvenating and reasonably priced. The pool area was a peaceful oasis and the library area was a great place to unwind. The highlight of my trip was the charming room that took me back in time.

Loved the old world charm and plush green garden all around. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the rooms had comfortable big beds and hot showers. the balcony view was stunning to enjoy evening drink. Morning tea was delivered with a smile. the swimming pool was immaculate and inviting. Great restaurant options, especially the seafood dishes and local wine. We enjoyed both breakfast and evening meals. the hotel was a great base for exploring the surrounding area with easy access to the beach and backwaters. A perfect hidden gem for a relaxing holiday.

There was nearby construction with a long flyover being built the rubbish created a poor entrance to the hotel. While it wasn't a perfect location for a beach holiday, it was a comfortable and socially responsible residency for exploring the locality.
