The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is centrally located and easily accessible. Guests appreciated the breathtaking view of the hills from their rooms, which added to the overall appeal of the hotel. The staff displayed good courtesy and cooperation, with Pooja at the reception being particularly efficient in resolving any issues. The breakfast spread offered at the hotel was also described as "awesome", satisfying guests with a variety of options.

The location of Ramada in Gangtok was perfect for us as it was centrally located and made it easy for us to hail cabs whenever we wanted to explore the city. The staff in charge of the breakfast at the restaurant was also very courteous and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant dining experience.

Although the overall stay was enjoyable, we did encounter some minor drawbacks. The room we stayed in was quite tiny, and the upholstery had some marks and stains, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff provided excellent service, even offering make-up services and private facilities. The in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar were both delicious and convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable.
