Being very close to the beach, the hotel provided a large beach wagon for easy transport. the property's cleanliness and facilities were impeccable, making it a comfortable stay. The location was stellar, just a block away from the beach, and the staff was attentive. Cons: No issues.

Our family getaway at Upham Beach Inn was fantastic. We stayed for a week and found the property to be meticulously maintained and comfortable. the keyless entry and beach wagon provided were convenient. the location, just a block from the beach, was perfect. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities like beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. the pool and grill area added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The cleanliness of the bathroom fell short of expectations, suggesting the need for washable fabric curtain liners. Communication with staff seemed lacking, and maintenance issues like a fallen mirror during our absence were concerning.
