Our room was spacious and had a great view. The pool was clean and the food was tasty. The location was ideal for us as it was close to the park and allowed us to easily go on safari. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff seemed unsure about certain information and there seemed to be a lack of transparency. When we asked about prices for laundry, a staff member showed up to collect it before we had been given the prices, which ended up being more expensive than other places.

The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view from the balcony. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the restaurant served delicious food. I especially enjoyed the evening music show. a fantastic experience!

The staff in the restaurant were friendly and the food was delicious. Additionally, the hotel arranged pick up of our morning safari tickets, saving us time and effort. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay.
