my recent stay at tetovo was incredible, but mercure took it to another level. the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and the breakfast spread was delicious. i couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The breakfast was quite good, with a nice selection of local foods and some continental options as well. the hotel is located near a market, a mall, and a supermarket, which was extremely convenient.

The room was a bit stuffy and we had to keep the air conditioning on at all times to avoid feeling uncomfortably warm. the staff seemed a bit unfriendly and uninterested in helping us with directions or recommending local sights.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to the local open market. It was so convenient to be able to walk over and explore all the fresh produce and local products. The room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the city. The air conditioner in our room didn't work properly and it was quite hot inside.

Our stay was comfortable with a soft, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, and good air conditioning. the room was spotless, and we loved the herbal tea, coffee, and water offered in our room. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty of choices to suit all dietary requirements.

We experienced a minor issue as the minibar fridge in our room didn't cool properly.
