Friendly staff and rejuvenating atmosphere

the serene environment, surrounded by lush greenery and a beautiful lake, provided a rejuvenating experience. improvements can be made in terms of room amenities and maintenance issues, such as old furniture and malfunctioning bathroom fittings.

The staff here are soooo nice and helpful and genuinely care for you to enjoy your time there. Everyone is well-mannered and so cooperative that I did not feel the burden of my son's marriage. They're ever-smiling and offer courteous service with quick responses. the breakfast served in the restaurant was descent, with a lot of options to choose from, and the variety in the menu was also good. the property is well-spread with a lot of choices and excellent leisure areas like the swimming pool, outdoor seating, and garden area.

One thing that could be improved is having more variety in the food menu. I wasn't entirely happy with the continental food being served.

While staying at the charming resort, I truly appreciated the elegant and sophisticated interior decor that exudes a sense of grace. the serene greenery and the vast swimming pool were perfect for relaxing, especially for us seniors.

The only thing I would wish for to enhance the vacation experience for seniors is for the children working there to ensure a quieter environment for a peaceful retreat.

The staff at Regency Lagoon Resort was exceptionally courteous and friendly, especially Chandan from the restaurant. the beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, and extensive greenery made the property a delightful stay. the large swimming pool and serene lake added to the overall relaxing experience. the breakfast at the Tea Pot Restaurant was outstanding, enhancing each morning at the resort.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in Rajkot. the property was spacious and well-made, offering a comfortable atmosphere. the staff at Regency Lagoon Resort were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the location of the resort was great too, offering a peaceful and quiet environment away from the city.

Located on the outskirts of the city, this resort offers a convenient stay not far from the airport. The colonial-style architecture adds a touch of charm to the property, and the garden area provides a tranquil setting with a cool breeze. The rooms are spacious and clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious vegetarian options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The room service could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

The recreational facilities catered perfectly to families—my kids adored the interactive games, while my wife and I enjoyed the serene surroundings. the staff, especially Chandan, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.

My wife says that more family-friendly entertainment options would enhance the stay.

Fantastic Dinner Experience

We were delighted to have dinner at the hotel's traditional Punjabi-style dhaba, which created an amazing ambiance. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service. The waiter, Mr. Pramond, stood out with his impeccable serving skills and engaging narration of the food. The quality and quantity of the food were impressive, and we enjoyed the open restaurant theme. While the pricing was a bit high, the overall experience was worth it. We left the restaurant feeling extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it. we had a wonderful dinner at Regency Lagoon and would recommend this hotel.

What a great place for a holiday! the rooms were super spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast buffet had so many options, from fresh fruits to delicious hot dishes. I also loved the beautiful pool area, perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying some refreshing drinks. And the location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and several great restaurants nearby!

Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like about this hotel. the only thing that stood out was the slow Wi-Fi, which made it hard to stay connected and get any work done.

I was impressed with the exquisite garden area and the infinity pool with a stunning view. the sun loungers were comfortable, and the poolside service was impeccable. the room advantages were outstanding, with state, of, the, art technology and elegant decor that created a sophisticated atmosphere.

The only minor issue I experienced was the lack of outdoor dining areas. Although the picnic area was delightful, it would have been nice to have more outdoor dining options.
