We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the very heart of the city, just close to the main pedestrian street. It was also very close to the main train station, making it easy for us to explore the nearby villages on the Sunday afternoon we arrived. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a laundry service that was first-rate. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and we loved the well-priced drinks available in the lobby.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Boutique Hotel Novecento provided a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, with the option to relax in either the outer or inner yard surrounded by greenery and flowers. the room they originally assigned to us had a broken air conditioning, but the staff kindly changed it to a spacious triple room for us. the climate and beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. the hotel's modern and psychedelic decoration gave a fresh and cheerful vibe. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the train station and Cinque Terre. the staff were very nice and helpful, offering helpful information and even lending us a Chinese version guide book.

We stayed at a hotel in the center of town, conveniently located between the train station and port, allowing us to easily travel to Cinque Terre and nearby towns. the hotel was tucked away down a little lane off the main pedestrian shopping street, making it a quiet and peaceful place to stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially the lady who ran the hotel, were kind and helpful. They provided us with information on train and boat timetables, as well as maps and recommendations for local shopping and eateries. We also enjoyed a great Italian restaurant around the corner.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the location was perfect. It was situated in a quiet pedestrian street, yet still close to all the main attractions. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave great recommendations for places to visit and eat, and even helped us book scuba diving. Lastly, the hotel had some great amenities. The room was clean and well-appointed, with daily towel art that added a nice touch. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a continental range and excellent espresso. my Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic!

The size of the room. It was quite small and lacked storage.
