The hotel property is well maintained and I enjoyed the good service. The staff was friendly and the South Indian breakfast was delicious. the room didn't have the promised race course view, I was double charged, and the refund process was disappointing. The room was dusty and had poor sound isolation. The room service was inefficient and the security checks were excessive. mixed experience.

Don't miss the heavenly gelato waff-wiches and creative drinks! Close to all the hotspots. Loved watching my pizza made fresh. Enjoyed being pampered at the spa. Hilarious reception staff made my day!

My Easter weekend stay was excellent and exceeded all expectations! the hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were given complimentary upgrades to our room and free massages at the spa. the hotel is located in a prime area with stunning views of the race course and close proximity to various attractions. the breakfast buffet was superb with endless options for every taste bud. a great value for an unforgettable experience!
