My Easter weekend stay was excellent and exceeded all expectations! The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were given complimentary upgrades to our room and free massages at the spa. The hotel is located in a prime area with stunning views of the race course and close proximity to various attractions. The breakfast buffet was superb with endless options for every taste bud. a great value for an unforgettable experience!

One area of improvement could be with some of the staff's attitude. Although most were friendly, a couple of interactions left room for improvement.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that catered to all of our needs. The service was exceptional, making us feel completely pampered. The spa and wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, with a sauna and steam room that were both incredibly relaxing. The outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, and we especially enjoyed the full body massages we received at the spa lounge. The restaurant was top-notch, and we loved having breakfast in-room, as well as poolside snacks and cocktails at the bar. The location was also a major advantage, with stunning views of the city from our room.

This did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.
