I recently stayed at The Featherbed Inn in Waitsfield for a weekend getaway. Tom and Linda, the innkeepers, were incredibly kind and welcoming. The cozy and comfortable atmosphere made me feel like I was in a 5 star resort. The breakfast was delicious, and the grounds were peaceful and inviting. I also had the pleasure of meeting Robby, their adorable Newfoundland dog. my stay at The Featherbed Inn was an unforgettable experience.

Each morning, I looked forward to the delicious and satisfying breakfast. The location was also ideal, close to Sugarbush for skiing. I highly recommend this inn for a wonderful stay.

Liked staying in the countryside, enjoying the peace and quiet of the mountains. The staff was very friendly, offering us a list of nearby restaurants to visit. Breakfast was delicious and filling, satisfied us for the majority of the day. The surroundings were beautiful, providing opportunities for a relaxing outdoors experience.

Disliked the lack of air conditioning, which made the room quite hot and stuffy during the day. there was a lack of convenient restaurants or shops within walking distance.

The hotel's location in a beautiful setting was breathtaking. Surrounded by the Green Mountains, the views were simply stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was delicious and made with regional products.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The attention to detail was impressive, from the beautiful old farmhouse with eclectic furnishings, to the comfortable feather beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The location in the picturesque Vermont setting was also a major plus.

Everything is what I need and want.

The Featherbed Inn offers a charming stay in a beautiful setting with acres of trails right behind the property. The rooms have lots of character and are described as comfy and clean. Guests praise the outstanding breakfast, with delicious options like sconces, french toast, and a variety of fruits. The owners are friendly and hospitable, even making cookies at night for guests to enjoy by the fire. The location is also conveniently close to scenic views and drives.

The owners go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Comfortable common rooms, games for kids, and fireside s'mores. Original, delicious breakfasts and excellent 3-course dinners. Ideally located between two top ski resorts. Good wifi, ample parking, and direct access to hiking trails. We'll be back.

The innkeepers were friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure our dietary needs were met. The inn itself was beautifully decorated and had comfortable furnishings. The location was convenient, with easy access to cute shops and stunning scenery. Additionally, the breakfast was a gourmet experience, with delicious food served every morning.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the inn was a little close to the road, so we could hear some traffic noise when we had the windows open.
