we stayed at Renaissance and had a fantastic experience. breakfast was delicious, room service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. the rooms were spotless with high-quality finishes. we booked a premium room with stunning views of Ambedkar Park from the high floor. the rooftop bar was a perfect spot for evening drinks. we highly recommend this hotel over more expensive options like the taj next door. the restaurant staff, especially almaz and harinder, were exceptional, as was subhash from housekeeping.

I highly recommend Renaissance Lucknow Hotel for a memorable stay in the city.

Great view from 10th floor room, overlooking an adjacent hotel and park. Furniture and fitments in excellent condition. Polite and helpful staff, from entrance to room service. Adequate amenities and comfortable bed. Fantastic restaurant staff, particularly Almaz and Harinder. Special mention to Subhash in housekeeping. Clean and modern room with impressive shower.

During my recent stay at Renaissance, I experienced excellent housekeeping and enjoyed the modern facilities. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with the latest technology. The view of the city and Gomati River from my room was absolutely beautiful. The staff was hospitable and courteous, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet at L14 Restaurant was lavish and the service provided was exceptional. Moreover, the special Indian dishes prepared by Chef Santosh Pal were absolutely delicious. I had a memorable stay at Renaissance and I highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The in-room dining options were limited and the soup did not come with bread rolls, which I found disappointing.

Slow and unresponsive service at the rooftop bar, noise from parties in the bar could be heard in the room at night.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the awesome views from our room and the warm reception from the front desk staff. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities. Amit, a staff member, was particularly helpful and attentive to our needs.
