Excellent service by BalKrishna at breakfast! He was nice and attentive, made sure our glasses were never empty, and even introduced us to different Indian breakfast dishes. The variety and taste of the breakfast spread, cooked by Chef Deepak, was superb. we had a very good morning at Westin. Although the location was a bit difficult to reach, I would still recommend this property for a comfortable stay.

The Westin Mumbai Powai offers a wide selection of restaurants, shops with traditional gifts, a nice pool, and a beautiful view of the lake. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure that all needs are taken care of, even for disabled guests.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location close to the National Park, offering a peaceful escape from the city. Surrounded by nature, it provides a serene atmosphere. Additionally, being on the Cashbery event, it offers easy access to various activities and events happening nearby.

Their lack of response to guests' concerns regarding the AC, television, and water leakage issues shows a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the Renaissance Mumbai. The staff were the best part of my stay, as they were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at The Westin in Mumbai for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The room size was great, the staff was friendly and well-behaved, and the buffet menu at Lake View Cafe was amazing. The property itself was well maintained and looked especially beautiful during the rainy season. The bathtub in the room was a nice touch and the lake-facing rooms provided stunning views. the hospitality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities and fantastic service. The spa and wellness center offered a wide range of services, including full-body massages and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool provided a relaxing atmosphere with a sun terrace and sun loungers in the beautiful garden area. The restaurant served exceptional food with in-room breakfast that exceeded our expectations.

Although the hotel made our stay special with private facilities and stunning views from our room, we experienced a minor issue with the dinner service. The special diet menus were limited, and we had to wait a bit longer for our food.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful city break at an incredible hotel. The two complementary facts offered were simply amazing! The location was key, very close to all the best attractions, shopping, and eateries. We also enjoyed the breathtaking views of the city from our room. The room service was a delight- timely and very friendly.

Although we had a wonderful experience at this hotel, the room cleaning service could be improved. The housekeeping could have been more efficient at replacing the toiletries and cleaning the room.
