Great ocean view from the room. Air conditioning, microwave, and fridge made the stay comfortable. Loved the outdoor seating area on the balcony. The pool was large with lounge chairs, and had a hot tub nearby. Easy beach access and complimentary beach chairs were a nice bonus. Fitness center was well-equipped too.

The property is absolutely beautiful, with spacious accommodations and spectacular sunsets. The staff were very accommodating, and the easterly views from my room were a true bonus.

Valet parking costs were too high and I felt dining options were overpriced for the quality. Maintenance could improve, as I encountered issues that required attention.

I had a fantastic stay at Zota Beach Resort! We enjoyed the second room overlooking the ocean, which was spacious and well-appointed with lovely decor. The access to the beach was perfect, and we lounged on the provided chairs and umbrellas while sipping drinks from the bar. The food was a tad pricey but delicious, and the happy hour was a nice touch. Special thanks to Chaz, our waiter at the pool bar, who took great care of us.

Hungry? Good luck—food took ages and was pricey! And who knew room service was so rare here? I guess towels and trash don’t have a sense of urgency.

I had a great time enjoying the beautiful beach views and was lucky to get a room overlooking the pool and the gulf, which made my stay even more enjoyable. plus, being just a short walk from the Joan M Durante Community Park allowed me to explore nature easily while taking in views of the lovely surroundings.

The outdoor food service at the pool made for a convenient and enjoyable dining experience, although the drink strength could be improved. The staff, particularly the valet and concierge, were consistently friendly and accommodating. While the room was clean and equipped with plenty of outlets, it felt a bit cramped, and the balcony was smaller than expected. Breakfast had its perks, with a fresh omelette station and a good selection of fruit.

Had a fantastic time! The spacious room was immaculate, and the stunning beach view delivered exactly as promised. Just wish the restaurant had quicker service – the food was incredible, but we had to wait a bit long. Would definitely consider returning!

It was just a reliable pick for a trip in Longboat Key with outstanding value for money. The heated pool was great even on cool days, and I loved hanging out in the cozy lounge area with free cookies and coffee in the afternoon. Make sure to explore nearby Armand's Circle for great restaurants and shops.
