Great Tiki bar on the water with fabulous views and atmosphere. Lively bar staff and locals frequenting the place. Outdoor pool overlooking the water adds to the experience. Good value for money. Basic but satisfactory breakfast. Plenty of free parking.

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Excellent location for exploring the Florida Keys. Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and accommodating staff who went above and beyond, making our stay extra special.

As a leisure traveler, I recently stayed at Fairfield in Marathon for a few nights. The hotel offered a delightful breakfast and 24-hour coffee, perfect for starting the day. The pool was fantastic, and I loved the convenience of having Sparky’s Landing and The Fish Company restaurants nearby. Exploring the Key Colony Beach neighborhood on the hotel's bicycles was a great way to spend my days. The staff was friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room, with fresh-smelling sheets and a spotless bathroom, was impressive. Great value for the cost!

Clean hotel with good pool open until 10 pm. Tiki bar/restaurant nearby with nice food. Free parking, WiFi, and included breakfast. Crowded breakfast area, but overall decent. Close to beaches, dolphin center, and about 1 hour drive to Key West.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. the staff responded quickly to any maintenance requests and the laundry facilities were clean and in good working order. the hotel's location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby that served delicious food. Additionally, the balcony view from the room in the new building was amazing and the room itself was spacious and comfortable.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the restaurant at the hotel was not open on Sundays, which was disappointing.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Calvin at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean, with amazingly soft and luxurious beds. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful pool area and laundry facilities that were clean and operational. The location was perfect, right on the water and by a nice Marina and Tiki Bar. We could also walk to a great restaurant, Sparky's Landing, and the staff gave us great suggestions for getting to a public beach.

The restaurant, Sparky's Landing, had amazing food and friendly wait staff. We also enjoyed dining at The Island Fish Company across the road. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Fairfield in Marathon for a week-long vacation. The staff was always happy to help, providing excellent customer service. They even brought us a fridge when we needed one. The hotel itself is not bad, with spacious rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The location is fantastic, with Tarpon Creek within walking distance and easy access to explore both Key Largo and Key West.
