The property was super clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. the staff provided excellent service and the rooms were top-notch. the suite was luxurious with added amenities like a gym, jacuzzi bath, and a comfy bed.

There was no complimentary breakfast included, which was a downside considering the price. some guests had issues with mosquitos in the rooms.

I always choose to stay at this amazing place. the staff helped me find the best exchange rates. It has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Swimming pool, Fitness center, and more. I'll be back for Christmas!

Chilled by the spa, gym pumped up, and the rooftop hangout spot was goals. Live DJs at Hotel Triplets had us vibing, and the late-night snacks at Entertainment kept the party going. Can't wait to do it all again!

From the relaxing terrace and swimming pool to the exceptional spa treatments, it was a wellness haven. the helpful staff, especially George, went above and beyond with arranging SIM cards, tours, and transportation. the morning rooftop yoga was a great touch, and the spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed made our stay cozy. the high-speed internet and smart TV were perfect for unwinding after exploring.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be a great experience. the staff was super friendly and welcoming. the rooms were beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. I absolutely loved the rooftop terrace and swimming pool – such a relaxing place to unwind. the hotel's wellness vibe really shone through in every aspect. the manager, Mr George, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, arranging a wonderful Kathakali dance show and even helping us catch a local bus. A morning yoga class on the roof was the cherry on top of a perfect stay.

I can be picky at times, and if I had to nitpick something, it would be that the marble bench in the bathroom slowed the drain down a bit. this is a minor issue that did not affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.

I arrived at the hotel after a tiring day of shooting. the bed and pillow were so comfy, I felt like I was floating on clouds! Despite the ongoing renovations, the hot shower and strong wifi made my stay delightful. I even managed to squeeze in a quick workout in the gym. the top-notch service and heavenly spa made me feel like a VIP. Can't wait to return and hopefully catch a glimpse of that elusive pool!
