The hotel staff offered us a complementary welcome drink upon our arrival, which was quite refreshing. the complimentary breakfast served every morning was quite delicious, with a good variety of dishes to choose from. the key highlight of the hotel was its location - it was situated in the heart of the town, within walking distance from all the major attractions. the hotel provided ample car parking space, which was an added advantage.

The cable TV channels weren't functioning and we weren't able to watch the movies as planned. the room service was not available for food and beverages, which was a bit disappointing.

Although the staff were helpful, there were a few drawbacks during my stay. the lock on the balcony door malfunctioned, causing a safety hazard for guests.

Not to mention, the food exceeded expectations with generous portions and Bangalore-level taste, quality, and presentation.
