I stayed for three nights at Shalom Backpackers while exploring the city’s rich culture and vibrant atmosphere. The location was fantastic, with major attractions just a short stroll away. My room was spacious and comfortable, boasting a lovely window seat. The staff was friendly, even accommodating our late-night cravings. Clean linens and a gigantic, spotless bathroom added to the overall comfort. The rooftop cafe offered amazing views, making breakfast a good experience.

Wow, what a great weekend! The location couldn’t be better—just a stroll away from all the major attractions and amazing eateries. The staff, especially Sam and Anek, were super friendly and helped us plan our adventures with ease. Our beautiful room was comfy, and it felt like a cozy home away from home.

On the flip side, the room cleanliness was a bit lacking; there were some dusty corners and the bathroom could have used more attention. it was a bummer that the breakfast timing was later than expected, and staff availability was hit-or-miss. it’s a nice spot, but a little more attention to detail would make it even better!

Superb location with a fantastic rooftop view and tasty food. the room had a balcony with great ambience. the staff was accommodating and the bed was comfy. 😊 Unfortunately, housekeeping was a bit lacking as it was managed by inexperienced personnel; issues like non-functional ACs were not promptly addressed.

We had a wonderful stay at this backpackers hostel. the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of old Udaipur City. We were able to walk to popular attractions like Jagmandir and City Palace. the cleanliness and hygiene standards were impressive, and the spacious, well-decorated rooms added to our comfort. the food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. the staff, particularly Bobby, went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to freshen up in a room before check-in time. the pictures of the property matched our experience perfectly.
