The wifi was almost impossible to use, with connectivity only in limited areas. During my stay, the pool was ridiculously overcrowded and unkempt, making it uninviting. Additionally, the drink service at the bar was painfully slow. waiting for a basic cocktail felt like an eternity when the hotel was full. The cleanliness standards need significant improvement, especially in the common areas.

We enjoy the spacious Luxury Quadruple Room with a washer and dryer, making our stay with kids so manageable. The clean beach right in front of the resort gives us easy access for fun family outings. The staff is incredibly friendly, always making us feel welcome and taken care of.

We had a great 13-night stay in a Deluxe Double Room, enjoying the spacious layout and the cozy balcony. The fabulous staff made our vacation special. A tip, prepare for sound issues between rooms, as conversations from next door are quite audible. However, the sunsets were worth it!

The Luxury Quadruple Room I stayed in was huge and comfy, and having a washer and dryer made things so much easier with the kids. I loved chilling by the pool and taking advantage of the outdoor massage options available. My only wish is that there were more dessert choices for the little ones. 🍰 Don't forget to bring your own beach towels just in case!
